NF
Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30, 1991 is an American artist and rapper. He is known as his initials, NF which can be spelled with the letter IF. Two EPs were released by the artist, I'm free (2012) [3and an EP that was self-titled in the year 2014. He signed with Capitol CMG. Mansion was his first album he released on a major label. The second album of his studio, Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016 was a top 12 album in the US Billboard 200. His albums have been honored with numerous awards. One of them is the Gospel Music Association Dove Award, Rap/Hip Hop Album Of The Year (Therapy Session). In 2017, Perception became mainstream. It charted at number 1 in the United States and was also certified platinum. While its third single "Let You Down" reached the top ten on U.S. charts, NF gained mainstream popularity in the year 2017. Billboard Hot 100 was a worldwide top-10 single. The same commercial success was achieved when he released his follow-up The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was a way to escape his family in his early years. Feuerstein would record songs on the singing machine. He recorded instrumentals as well as raps on one microphone. Feuerstein released Moments, his first studio album, on his own on November 29, 2010. He released "Alone" as his first single on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and produced the song. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and was fascinated by his music. The artist published his debut extended play I'm Free on May 2nd, 2012 and Profitt provided the production. The tracklist included nine songs, including "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist announced that NF was coming out in the near future, however Feuerstein left the label because of an argument. NF production was postponed. NF contained a track titled "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams in the compilation album Move Vol 1. He released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November 2013, 2013. The track again featured an appearance by Profitt and also the vocals of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
